Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with all the amenities one expects in new hotels like a small fridge, flat screen TV, iron, hair dryer, and coffee/tea maker, making it convenient. They were brand new and very comfortable, although a bit small. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful, even assisting in booking tours and advising us about our trips. The location was superb, within walking distance of various restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, and close to Bus Stop 13 for convenient transfers and tours. The dining options were varied and satisfying, offering a range of delicious items. Overall, a great value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, although small as expected, were clean and well-equipped with all the essentials like tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a safe, and a TV with English channels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. The only drawback was the frosted glass door to the bathroom, which lacked privacy.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Reykjavik. The minimalist design of the rooms was impeccable, and they were well-equipped for our short stay. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, although there were some minor inconveniences. The location was convenient, with great restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was good, but there could have been more options for vegetarians.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and stylish with convenient minibar and tea/coffee making facilities, although smaller than anticipated and facing a busy road. The service was top-notch, extremely helpful and attentive, especially in addressing trip issues caused by winter blizzards. The location was a highlight, making everything within walking distance, close to popular attractions like Harpa and the main shopping street. The dining options were good with a mix of cuisines, but some food ran out quickly during busy times. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located in the center, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, although a bit lacking in size. The service is outstanding, with helpful and mannerly staff. Dining options are good but nothing extraordinary. The location is fantastic, especially for excursions and exploring the city.
My three-night stay at the hotel was a great experience. The room, though small, was spotless, but could use some minor improvements. The service was exceptional, extremely helpful and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and shops. The dining options were varied and delicious, with something for everyone.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Although the dining experience had limited breakfast options, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were small but had everything I needed, and the price was €756, which was a bit on the higher side. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic for exploring Reykjavik and for easy access to tours, but a little off the main street. Dining was nice with a good buffet selection, though there were some hiccups in service. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a little on the small side but lovely, clean, and quiet, perfect for the short amount of time I was there and equipped with all the amenities one expects in new hotels. The service was exceptional, with welcoming and friendly staff who were super helpful throughout my stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything I needed and with convenient transport options. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent selection. Overall, a great value for the price.
